6 TIPS TO CUT DOWN ON SUGAR
Keeping tabs on how much consumption of sugar your consuming on a daily basis. Can sometimes be quite difficult. Especially when you have a sweet tooth, and sugar is everywhere. 1. TOSS TABLE SUGAR
Cut back on adding extra sugar to your meals. That means toss out (white,or brown) syrup and honey in the things you normally eat, or drink regularly. Start off by only adding half of what you usually have then go smaller from there.
2. SWAP OUT
By now most of us heard of the swap, if not the swap means. That you replace any unhealthy or sugary substance for something healthy. Such as swapping out soda for water which is the best way to go. But if you want something sweet try diet drinks which can be better than sugary drinks. For meals the best option is to put fruits in your meals ( replace sugar in your oatmeal for bananas or blueberries).
Try to lower the sugar consumption amount every 2 days , so that your body gets into the process of not eating sugar.
3. GO FOR WHOLE FOODS INSTEAD OF PROCESS
Whole foods have not been processed or refined. They are also free of substance additives and other artificial substances. Other one is ultra processed food, foods that contains salt, sugar, and fats.
4. COOK YOUR OWN MEALS
Rather than buying ingredients that comes from a box or canned try doing it yourself? A smoothie these days people can buy a box that contains little packets . All you have to do is mix juice and ice and call it a day. Instead try buying the fruits and blend it up. Which most find the taste more satisfying.

6. DON’T KEEP SUGAR IN YOUR HOUSE
Okay, okay so this is the most obvious tip!
If you don’t have sugar in your house. Then when you have a craving or a sweet tooth which happens a lot to people in the evenings. Then you can’t treat it. But for some reason if this doesn't work, try to keep some healthy, low- sugar snacks in the house instead.
