TAKE TIME TO LEARN THE PROPER FORM
Don’t overwhelmed yourself take time take time to learn what techniques you need to know. If you don’t it can become boring when you keep doing exercises that has the same effect as the previously workout.
A weightlifting session can typically last 45 mins- 1 hr, including a warm up session. It might not seem like much but in 45 mins - 1 hr you can do a lot. It determines on what specific workouts that you are doing.
DON’T TRAIN ON A BAD DIET
Anyone who has tried weight lifting can tell you that if you are not eating healthy. Then you might not have the energy to do a intense workout. Since your body need sufficient energy and protein to grow.
HOW MUCH WEIGHT SHOULD YOU START LIFTING
Different exercises would require different weights, but there are methods that can be used to determine if your doing the right weight.
Go for a weight that is heavy enough, but not to heavy that it would damage your body. If you can do 10 reps and not feel fatigue your doing the right amount of wight. But instead you go through with a breeze, then you need to increase your weight.
TAKE A REST DAY WHEN YOUR BODY TELLS YOU
Your muscles might feel achy or tired after a day of strength training session.
If you constantly exercise even though your body is telling you to recover. Then your muscle fibers are not giving a chance to build back stronger.
